In order to participate in the conference, you need to register and pay the fees according to the registration type (Students, Regular or Symposium).

With the Student Registration, you may present 1 communication and/or poster which will be published by the Editorial Universidad de Almería and Editorial Crecimiento Humano.

With a Symposium Registration, you may present one paper or one symposium, with previous approval from the executive scientific committee, as long as there are (5) people registered.

Remember that for each contribution that is presented, all of the authors must be registered for the Conference. The maximum number of authors is 5

In addition to your registration, you may present as many extra contributions as you like.

Once you are registered for the Conference, you will be able to access your private area where you will be able to find the different sections to upload your communications/poster, your extra contributions, receive your corresponding certificates or request an invoice.

The extra contributions are an innovative way to present work other than communications/posters as for instance book chapters.

All chapters submitted for publication to Editorial Octaedro and Editorial Dykinson will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. In order to guarantee the quality of the publications, the committee can request as many changes and improvements as necessary.

The following are the options for extra contributions:

• 1 chapter Editorial Octaedro
• 1 chapter Editorial Dykinson
• 1 chapter Editorial Octaedro + 1 chapter Editorial Dykinson
• 2 chapters Editorial Dykinson
• 2 chapters Editorial Dykinson and 1 chapter Editorial Octaedro
• 3 chapters Editorial Dykinson

To publish extra contributions, all the authors must have paid the fees outlined in the section on “extra contributions”.

The maximum number of authors for each contribution is five (5).

REMEMBER THAT YOU CAN PRESENT AS MANY EXTRA CONTRIBUTIONS AS YOU LIKE.

There are three types of modalities to participate in the conference:

Student registration: master’s, doctorade, degree.

1. Student registration: master´s, doctorate, or degree includes the possibility of presenting 1 communication or poster that will be published by the Editorial Universidad de Almería or by Editorial Crecimiento Humano. The Scientific Committee will make that decision.
2. The maximum number of authors for each communication or poster is five (5).
3. All of the authors for each contribution must be registered for the Conference.
4. A book of proceeds from the V INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS ON SPECIFIC NEEDS IN EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT, PUBLIC HEALTH AND SOCIAL EXCLUSION will be published

Regular Registration

1. The Regular Registration allows each author to present 3 communications or posters which will be published in a book by the Universidad de Almeria or by the Editorial Crecimiento Humano. The Scientific Committee will make that decision.
2. The maximum number of authors per communication or poster is five (5).
3. All the authors of the contributions must be registered for the Conference.
4. The Proceedings for V International Conference on Specific Needs in Educational Support, Public Healthcare and Social Exclusion will be published.

Symposium Registration

1. As long as there are five (5) registered authors, a presentation or symposium may be presented with prior approval by the executive scientific committee. (For symposiums with five members, the registration fee for one enrolment will be deducted).
2. Symposiums will consist in a roundtable with five (5) registered participants, whose oral communications will last 15 minutes each.
3. There will be “guest” presentations and symposiums, and other free submissions of presentations and symposiums which will require prior approval by the executive scientific committee.

The Proceedings of the V International Conference on Specific Needs in Educational Support, Public Healthcare and Social Exclusion will be published with an ISBN and Legal Deposit number.

Submission of Papers:

• November 26^st, 2021 for paper summaries.
• Until January 10^th, 2022 submission of complete papers.

Submission of Symposiums:

• Until November 26^st, 2021 submission of summaries and Round Table set-up.
• Until January 10^th, 2021 submission of complete papers for the Round Table.

Submissions for Communications and Posters:

• Until November 26^st, 2021 submission of summaries.
• Until January 10^th, 2022 complete communications and posters.

Yes, all of the authors must register and pay the enrolment fee, which gives them the right to participate in up to three submissions and obtain a certificate of participation.

Yes, all the authors participating in an extra contribution are required to be registered, and pay the enrolment fees for the extra contribution.

Yes. Each contribution can have a maximum of five (5) authors and all of them must be registered in the platform previously.
